Spend Time in Nature: Studies have shown that exposure to green spaces leads to mental restoration, increased positive emotions, and decreased anxiety.

Connect with Others: Spend quality time with friends, family, or your spouse. Building strong relationships fosters a greater sense of belonging and reduces feelings of loneliness.

Prioritize Physical Health: Stay hydrated, take regular walks, hit the gym, or engage in sports. Physical well-being is closely linked to mental health.

Improve Your Sleep: Establish a routine to set a regular sleeping pattern, aiming for at least 6-7 hours of sleep each night.
